EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing​) is an evidence based therapy for PTSD, Trauma, Panic Disorder, Anxiety, and some Depression and other emotional issues. It is very effective in resolving the emotional triggers that causes one to have a larger than normal reaction to an event or action.
